How to Play

The object of the game is to be the last player with Sand Dollars.

Each player starts with 3 Sand Dollars.

Players will take turns rolling dice to determine any action they need to take.

Dice Actions:
Sand Dollar – No Action – Sand Dollars are safe.

Hook – Steal a sand dollar from another player.

Waves – Your sand dollar is washed into the Ocean (out of play). Place these Sand Dollars in the middle or off to the side.

Life Guard Cross – Recover a Sand Dollar from the Ocean. Once a player has less than 3 Sand Dollars, they roll the amount of dice equal to the number of Sand Dollars they have. (For example, if you have 2 Sand Dollars, you only roll 2 dice)

Once a player has lost all their Sand Dollars, they can continue to be part of the game by rolling the white die. This die has the Life Guard Cross and allows them a chance to recover a Sand Dollar as well as steal a Sand Dollar if they roll a Hook.

However, if a player with no Sand Dollars rolls a Wave, they are now out of the game permanently.

We call this being “On The Bubble” and their bubble has evidently popped.

Continue to take turns rolling until there is 1 player left with Sand Dollars. Once there is only one player left with Sand Dollars, the game is over, regardless of anyone “On The Bubble”.
