Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and make it right.

Items can be returned unopened and in their original packaging up to 30 days.  If you would like to return or exchange your order, please send an email to admin@skihousegames.com for a RMA.

Customers are responsible for their return shipping.  Please allow for 7-10 days for return credits to be processed.
